Privacy policy
Niapept360 processes as little data as possible: the name and phone number you enter in the order form, sent to the product seller only so the order can be processed, and technical server logs. There is no account to create, and we use no advertising or analytics cookies.
Who is responsible and what data we process

Order form
When you submit the form, we receive your name, your phone number and the country page you ordered from. These details go to the seller of the product for one purpose: so that an advisor can call you, confirm the order and arrange delivery with payment on receipt. We do not use them for advertising and do not sell them.
Server logs and e-mail
Our hosting records technical data about visits (IP address, time, page requested, browser type) to serve the pages and keep the site secure. If you write to us, we use your address and message only to reply.
Legal basis and recipients
Form data is processed because you send it to request a product — steps taken at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); server logs rely on our legitimate interest in running the site securely (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Outside the European Union, the data-protection law of your country applies.
Recipients are the seller of the product, who processes your data under its own responsibility from the moment it receives the order, and Cloudflare, our hosting and security provider.
Cookies and local storage
We use no advertising cookies, no analytics tools and no tracking pixels. After you send an order, your browser stores a small note in local storage so the same order is not sent twice; it expires after 30 days, stays on your device and can be cleared in your browser settings.
How long we keep data
We keep a short duplicate-protection record of an order for 30 days; if passing an order to the seller fails, a copy is kept for up to 7 days so it can be resent, then deleted automatically. Data held by the seller follows the seller’s own policy. E-mails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your request.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, or object to processing, by writing to contacto@niapept360.com. You may also complain to the data-protection authority of your country. The site is not intended for anyone under 18.
