Terms of use

Nature of the site

Niapept360 publishes reviews and information about the Niapept face and neck cream for nine countries. It is neither the manufacturer nor the seller and does not act on behalf of either. The content is for information only and is not medical, dermatological or legal advice.

Orders through the form

The form on the country pages passes your request to the seller. The sales contract is formed between you and the seller when the advisor confirms the order by phone. The seller sets the price, explains delivery, collects payment on receipt and handles returns and complaints about the product.

The price we show is the seller’s price in each country and may change. If there is a difference, the price the advisor confirms by phone before shipping applies.

Using the site fairly

• Submit the form only with your own name and a number that can be called, or with the details of someone who has agreed to it — for example when ordering a gift for your mother.
• Do not send fake, repeated or automated orders.
• Do not try to access non-public parts of the site or interfere with how it runs.

Accuracy and intellectual property

We check our details against the packaging and the seller’s information and update them when they change. The ingredient list, directions and warnings that apply are always those on the pack you receive.

The texts and structure of the site belong to Niapept360. Product names and trademarks belong to their owners and are mentioned for information only. Short quotations with a link to the source page are welcome.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms; the version on this page is the one in force. Nothing here limits the rights you have under the consumer-protection law of your country. For any question, write to contacto@niapept360.com.
